Maths and Science In English..Education Politicized

Why bring up issue 6 years later? "Why is there a police report six years later... only after six years it (the policy) is being questioned on a constitutional basis, only after six years they have a gathering?" he asked.Hishammuddin was commenting on the demonstration and handing over of a memorandum protesting against the use of English in the teaching of Science and Mathematics in schools at Istana Negara yesterday.

Education Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein is puzzled why only now, after six years, is the policy of teaching of Science and Mathematics in English being demonised. "Why is there a police report six years later..only after six years it (the policy) is beibg questioned on a constitutional basis..only after six years they have a gathering?"

Answer:
The opposition is spinning again. They are stirring-up the emotions of the Chauvinist , Extremist and the Nationalist.

Once again we are gonna suffer. Once again we are gonna fall to the demand of a group of aggressive minority in the hands of the silent majority.

We had closed the good traditions of convent and colonial schools that have over the years produced good all rounded leaders at all levels of the society.

We had sacrificed the middle with two extremes and at this very moment, we are paying the price of our earlier mistakes. We should be given a choice.

The poor must be given a choice. The rich can send their kids to international schools but the poor dropped out of schools at the secondary/ tertiary stage..

Issue:
We have problems and we will continue to have problems. The urban folks are in favor of a moderate approach in the interest of education. The opposition parties are being irresponsible when they inflame the people with racial radical emotions.

OF COURSE THEY HAVE THE NUMBERS.THEY HAVE THE ANGKATAN HEADED BY A PERSONALITY OR TWO .

OF COURSE THEY HAVE THE STREET PROTESTERS. WHY ALWAYS ON A FRIDAY? IS THERE A READY MADE MOB IN MALAYSIA?

i longed for the rational, critical , analytical and comprehensive thinking of my old school days...
